Carrot Fertility Healthcare & Family Formation Support
Guardant Health partners with Carrot to support you in your family forming journey. Guardant Health may reimburse 100% of eligible fertility expenses, if not covered by your medical plan, up to a lifetime maximum of $20,000 for employee and/or spouse/domestic partner.
One Medical Membership
One Medical offers membership-based primary care services with a focus on positive patient experience. One Medical offers annual wellness exams, virtual provider consultations, and more! Only available to non-Kaiser participants.
Reimbursements
Guardant Health offers the following reimbursements:
- Be Well Fitness & Lifestyle: $75/quarter to use towards fitness and wellness related activities.
- Home Internet: Up to $50/month for remote employees to use towards home internet expenses.
- Mobile: Up to $100/month for cell phone expenses in the event a Guardant Health phone is not issued.
Color
Guardant Health partners with Color to facilitate their mission to transform and advance cancer care by providing you with access to proactive, personalized screening. This partnership provides you with access to Color’s Virtual Cancer Clinic, which includes Shield testing for early cancer detection.
Guardant Health offers pet wellness plans through Wagmo to help you stay on top of your pet’s health. You pay the full cost of this program through paycheck deductions.
